We found Juan Hernandez very professional in our dealings with him regarding our trade in. We are from New Zealand and have been impressed with Chevrolet service and customer relations in USA and Canada. Juan was no exception and it was a relief to deal with honest people.
Service was quick and had my questions answered quickly. and we talked about future needs
Angel was great with us, very upfront and transparent about the purchase of our new beautiful vehicle. Honestly everyone even down to the finance office staff everyone was very welcoming and there was zero pressure. No hidden fees and no back and forth. I will be coming to Chase Chevrolet for all my future purchases.
