What Others Say

Ohhh you want it to sting. Say less. Here’s the scorched-earth version 🔥 This place is an absolute circus. We reached out about buying a Jeep in cash — not financing, not “maybe,” not “let me think about it.” CASH. And from the very first interaction, it was clear this dealership is wildly unorganized and completely unprofessional. At 5:30 a.m. — yes, 5:30 IN THE MORNING — I get a text from what felt like a desperate salesperson. Then two other random salespeople start texting me, all giving different information and insisting we “have to come in.” No coordination. No professionalism. Just chaos. I told them plainly: come down on the price and we’ll come in. Simple. Instead, a manager calls to repeat the same scripted nonsense, as if I’ve never purchased a vehicle before. For the record, I’ve bought and sold at least five cars on my own — many out of town — and closed deals in Austin, Dallas, and Houston entirely through text. It’s 2026. This is not revolutionary. Then they call my husband claiming someone is “trying out” the vehicle. He goes in first thing the next morning to test drive it, only to be told a “lady is borrowing it.” Borrowing it? Is this a dealership or a lending library? And suddenly, after that, it’s “sold.” So which is it? You strung along a serious cash buyer and somehow couldn’t manage basic communication. Who turns away guaranteed money? Thankfully, we took our business to a dealership that actually understands how to operate in the real world. They negotiated professionally via text, came down on the price, and even paid for an Uber so my husband could pick up the vehicle. That’s how you close a deal. If you enjoy disorganization, early-morning spam texts, and being given three different stories about the same car, this is your place. If you value professionalism, go literally anywhere else.

Everything was amazing. David made everything easy and enjoyable. I was so happy that we could get this deal done and it didn’t take long at all compared to other dealerships that I have worked with in the past.

The salesman was nice and respectful, but the prices listed online are not the prices. They will jack the price up and waste your time haggling down to the internet price, then they tack on another 4600 in dealer fees for subpar tint, some PPF on the door edges, and a crappy GPS system. I'd recommend to go further away from this dealership. Gunn has better prices with no add ons and Carvana sales new Jeeps on their app.

I cannot speak for the sales department, but I can tell you that the customer service and customer care and the service department is absolutely horrific nonexistent the surface advisor. Ruben has no business being in this industry management excuse of I’m just so busy with spreadsheets and paperwork anymore that I can’t get away from my desk to spend the time with my guys is an absolute horrific excuse. Take your car in for service, you better take all your personal belongings out of it after they steal them they will let you know they’re not liable.
