I found a car online that I was interested in and requested a test drive. Within minutes I received a reply from Alysha to set up a time to come in. She was very friendly and explained a little about how the dealership works. Once I arrived I spoke with Steven Texeira. He was very nice and professional. During the test drive he answered all my questions and explained a lot of the features about the vehicle. After the test drive I spoke with Phillip about financing. He showed me all the options available with the extended warranties but never pressured me at all. I have to say that thanks to Steven and Phillip the whole process of purchasing the can was very smooth and not stressful at all. I would definitely recommend Lunde's and everyone there.
