Told us it would take 3-5 days to get my vehicle in to diagnose the problem but it took three weeks to get it in to diagnose the problem. I had to call to check on the status of my truck. Ariel failed to keep me updated on the status of my truck twice after Ariel told me that she would keep me updated. My husband talked to the service manager (Todd) about everything that had been going on with my truck. Todd was very professional and very helpful and got my truck diagnosed and fixed in two days. We are very pleased with the service manager. Ariel the service rider needs to have more training in her job duties to ensure that customers are kept up to date on the progress of customers vehicles.
I enjoyed dealing with this dealership; very friendly and good humor, which I appreciate greatly. Coffee n soda & snacks were available. That was nice. Willing to accommodate me with whatever I might need. Thank you.
