Everyone was professional and courteous. They were helpful in explaining how the car worked and connecting me to Bluetooth. They ordered mats that were missing. I was very impressed by every employee at toyota. Jeff explained the difference between leasing and buying my car and decided to buy not lease. Thank u for a very pleasurable experience. Dropped my car for an oil change. No appointment on a weekday took 3 hours. Only downfall lot had no cars to browse. Jackie was great other. staff could look more friendly.
