Worst service department of any service department I've ever used in my entire life.

I have been a client of the service center for the past year and have been so happy with the service advisers I have worked with throughout the year. They are always so friendly, professional, transparent, and always putting the customer first, from the cashier to the parts guy everyone seems so genuinely nice and helpful.

As a single woman I’m usually super apprehensive about going into a service shop to get work done, but the entire team at Fresno Lexus made me feel incredibly comfortable and provided a stress free experience. Dimetri was very informative and explained everything I needed every step of the way. He was genuinely so kind and caring, so even though my car breaking down in unknown area could’ve been a horrible experience, he turned it all around and made my experience positive and helpful. They have a great team in Fresno and I’m so appreciative that of all places I broke down, they are the ones that helped me. sales stuff has zero knowledge of the car listed , had to educate them on difference between F sport and base model , they tried to blame carfax .Pathetic and arrogant. After I asked to see the car - they proudly told me that RX 350 had been sold . It's still listed on their website , thank you for waisting my time !!!
