The staff were knowledgeable and helpful, earnest and honest. The lot itself was welcoming. When a problem arose with a cracked windshield, they immediately fixed at-/at the dealer’s expense. This is the third car I have bought from them, and all cars have proven to be excellent. And the service and staff congeniality are equally great
