The best Honda dealer in the surrounding area in actually trying to help the customer get what they're looking for and trying to make that happen. Danny Lindoro was the salesperson helping me the whole way and very helpful in answering and questions or concerns I had throughout my shopping experience. The deal they offered me on the new purchase (including my trade-in) was too good to pass up and bought it with having had no intentions of making a purchase that day. In terms of speed of transaction, everything went smoothly except the financing part. The finance person helping me was slow and a little rude to my father, not to mention she was getting slowed down by a higher up who came into the office to badger her (in front of US, making the whole experience uncomfortable). Do not know the exact nature of their quarrel, but I find that if you have to interrupt a sales transaction for whatever reason, do it AFTER we're done with the purchase and signing of documents. You're ruining the experience there for us (which to that point was excellent).

Had a ridiculous offer here. As close to MSRP as I’ve ever gotten in this ridiculous Market. The sales associate who helped me was Edith. She was very polite, and respectful. Her sales manager Mark was very friendly and has me signing paperwork with NO BACK FORTH about any prices. Just straight to the point. THEY DON’T WASTE your time here. I almost don’t want to give them a good review because I don’t want them to blow up in popularity bit Edith, you are a kind salesperson and I want the best for you and your team. Please, if your considering Norm Reeves of Irvine or Long Beach Honda or Buena Park Honda, all places that wouldn’t go below $3500 over MSRP call Edith. She will let you know immediately if she I’ll do it or not. And she beat it btw. Don’t go to Norm Reeves of Irvine And especially don’t go to Scott Robinson Honda. Go here.

First time buyer here, and I'm a college student with new credit. The dealers make it happen for me. I bought my very first brand new Honda civic 2022 with very low interest. The finance person Rommel, Rego(not sure his name is but he has a big big belly) and his manager really help me to make this happen. Definitely would recommend here!
