Great new service waiting area where there is ample space for eating, lounging, children. Suggest a screen showing vehicle progress be installed there. Service was friendly, courteous and informative. We always make an appointment. However, when the "Express" option is busy, our wait and service takes much longer. We were told appointments have priority, but our first appointment for oil & filter took over 3 hours because 'they were 'so busy'. An appointment time shouldn't be offered if the schedule is full. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait so long? Subaru should give more thought to how the Express feature is marketed and inform those making appointments that wait time can change depending on how busy the Express is.
Excellent experience, customer service was great and service was completed on time. New lounge area was spacious and really appreciated the coffee and snacks.
They always do an excellent job. I was surprised how quickly I got in for the appointment.

The dealership was clean and professional. The oil change seemed to take longer than I had expected, though.
