Despite having to deal with challenging weather like ice snd snow everything goes smoothly efficiently and organized. They fo not mind answering the littlest problem like gor me I could not fire out how to eliminate somepicture on the dash.amazing to me all the digital stuff. They know it all.

Will E focused on what I wanted & didn't try to talk me into anything different. I was not comfortable with all the new-fangled electronic bells & whistles. He went thru them all when I was deciding which car, then went thru them all again when I picked up my favorite. He even synched my phone to the car for me--very helpful! I am learning to use some of features already. The owners manualS FILL the glove box, and are so full of warnings not to do stupid things that I can't find the info I need. I have a couple of questions for Will, and I expect he will help me again.
