What Others Say

Marcos was awesome. Transparent with pricing and easy to work with. Best of all, he drove all the way to Medford airport to pick me up.

He was the BEST, I'm sending a letter to Mr Maldonado right now. Gracious & Helpful

Our sales representative went beyond helping us purchase our new RAV4 Toyota. He kept in contact with throughout the sale

What an experience! I’d give them a 10 if they had it. Brett and Dave made this one of the easiest and by far best buying experiences. Straight forward, honest, professional and personable. Referring everyone here!

My husband and I purchased our 2021 Toyota Tacoma in Colorado, moving to Klamath Falls 3 years ago. Our GPS had never functioned, having a pop up window of “error” from the moment we drove off the lot. In the Denver metro area, the dealer service centers did not know how to fix the issue, but they were somewhat dismissive since we were well within our warranty. In Oregon, we immediately stopped into Lithia Toyota to ask about the GPS (Spring, 2022), and we were told that Toyota was “working on a software patch,” so we should be patient. Well, we connected to a private mechanic and lived our lives without GPS in the car (we have phones). As chance would have it, a mechanism in the driver’s side window broke. We were “forced” to present ourselves to the Lithia Toyota service center once more. We mentioned the GPS in addition to the window, to which we initially received the song and dance of: “oh, you should have purchased the extended warranty. What a shame, that would have been covered!” We shared that it has NEVER worked. We forged ahead, not enjoying the sensation of a big dealership service center who seemed impersonal. They shared that we would hear by phone or text by about noon, which didn’t happen. We left voicemail and a text ourselves in the later afternoon, with no response. We stopped in eventually, received our estimate, and left the car overnight for the work to be done. We picked up the car the next day, and to our utter shock, they had done a factory re-boot on our GPS and we have GPS…. for the first time ever! We were literally undone. This was such a tremendous service recovery from our point of view, and in the end we had a sensation that this particular service center just may know what they are doing. It’s expensive, impersonal, tricky to ahold of them, but they know how to do things! One more odd nugget was that they never got our names correct. My husband is noted as “John” in the system. I’m not sure why. We gave our names. We made a joke out of it privately!

Great service, respectful. Met all my service needs. Clean and comfortable while waiting for my vehicle
