They have a Friendly staff. Quick turn around. Very helpful with questions and concerns. Good customer service.
The service staff was friendly and kept me updated. The technician did not perform the alignment correctly. It pulled hard into oncoming traffic. Took it back they did another alignment and was better. After driving on a few different roads I realized it was still off. I had to make a second appointment to get it corrected. I had to borrow a vehicle to get this done I did not want to waste PTO to get this done. It still is not like it was when I took it in. I paid $150 for alignment and spent $1350 on tires. I am disappointed!!
Everyone was very supportive to my needs. Service was very quick and the waiting area very clean and organized. I even like the children’s area set up. Thank you for all that was done. I will see you again.
Have always had an easy experience dealing with Dellen. It’s been easy to find appointment times and they are always pleasant and quick!
Work was completed on time They were courteous I will definitely bring my Jeep here for service again
Great car for a great price, very personably and offer great extras included as well.
