What Others Say

Sam Sarah Rodriguez the best at customer service. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and helpful

I bought my Murano from Keyshawn, right before Christmas and he did a great job! CUSTOMER SERVICE first! No pressure at all and kept me informed of everything. Thank you for helping me!

As a long time customer of this location, I am highly disappointed and will not be returning. The dealership contacted me about a good deal with my trade in and then we spent the next week hashing out the details. Then all of a sudden communication stopped and when I called they took back the deal based on details they already knew when they first reached out to me.

I wouldn’t have gone back here in the first place but I had no choice because my brakes stopped working correctly which was supposed to be fixed by them. I got my brakes fixed a year ago which costed me $1200 which was all of my savings as I am a college student with barely any money. I got everything I needed fixed and my brakes worked for about 7 months and then stopped working again. They just backpedal and make a noise everytime I brake which also causes me to swerve from braking on a highway if going fast. Anyways I take my car to them to get it looked at again. I ended up having to call them back because I waited 2 hours for them to look at it and I needed to know what the situation was. They wanted me to repay the amount but instead of $1200 it would’ve costed me $2100 for everything I needed done. These people think we’re made of money. I expected it to be paid for because I already spent $1200 to get this fixed a year ago. Turns out you only get one year “warranty” to have everything covered by them to get it refixed. The receptionist lady said there wasn’t even a warranty on brakes anyways so I am not even sure what to believe. THEY NEVER TOLD ME THIS. So, eventhough the issue reoccurred with my brakes a couple months ago (less than a year), I only took it in today which makes that a year and 5 days later than when I got it done. All they said was they apologize. They basically just took my money and that’s that. Spending $1200 on getting your car fixed means that would last you at least a couple of years without having problems. They know I’m younger so they took advantage of me completely. I shouldn’t have even came here in the first place cause I can go anywhere else and get them fixed for half of the price. They overcharge you completely and don’t make anything clear. Don’t go here at all, especially if you’re younger. Go somewhere else and save a lot of $ and time.

I bought my 2022 Frontier from this dealership. Still under warranty with less than 15,000 miles the power steering leaked and ruined the pump. It took a week to get on their schedule, thus ruining the pump. The truck had to stay in the shop while parts were ordered. No loaner available for 28 hours. They only have 6 loaners and so many repairs for engines, etc., that they can’t accommodate. They refused to contact Enterprise for a loaner, stayed “They don’t get back to us for four days”. Got a ride home from them and a loaner 28 hrs later. I had no means of transportation. The part came in quickly and they called Lyft for a ride back when car was finished. I left a message on the General Manager’s voicemail to discuss the need for more loaners. Coincidentally, he was off that day according to the operator. That was seven days ago. Still waiting for the callback. I would not recommend this dealership. They have also said three times, that I need new tires. I don’t according to several sources.

Very comfortable experience I was able to take care of the whole process in 3 hours
