Service is always exceptional and takes care of me no matter my issue. They always greet me courteously and while I wait for the car I am constantly reminded of the status and offered beverages. They take pride in their work and it shows.

Recently my wife and I had bad experience with this dealership. Previously had some conversation with the sales/internet sales person (dont want to disclose names) and clearly told them that I want to trade in my tesla which has negative equity and get any deal on new Atlas particularly was looking for SEL premium Rline. I also said its totally fine if they can’t give me a deal but don’t want any false promises like most most of the dealerships out there do and when we go in they don’t honor their word. Went in, got trade in appriasal and got some payment numbers on the new Altas top model. The negotiations went for sometime and ultimately we agreed on some number and went ahead with credit check application. This is where the crazy part starts. My credit score was not that good but my wife’s credit score was good so we both went ahead to be applicant and coapplicants. But their finance guy ran/sent applications to several banks and in total each of us got 7 hard inquiries each. In the end, they came up with some higher payment number (crazy high interest rate) which we agreed to some extent and asked us to pay the downpayment. We never agreed on any downpayment initially which I clearly mentioned from start and these folks clearly missed it. In the end we disagreed and left home without any deal… spent 4hrs … got 7 hard inquiries each.. credit score dropped!!! And we had plans for travel and applied for couple travel credit cards and both got denied. These guys just messed up everything for us in many ways. Will not go back to this dealership and will not recommend to any of my friends or my circle.

Clean and spacious dealership with friendly staff. Service advisor John C was awesome. Definitely a great dealership.

Had a great buying experience for me and my family. Hayley sales and service skills were excellent and we took home an ATLAS. The closure was perfect with Carlos. Hope to have this experience in future. Keep it up
