They immediately blasted my credit to multiple banks, impacting my score. 10 minutes later, they claimed the car was 'sold' but it is still sitting on the lot. The salesperson ghosted me, and the General Manager refused to help. Classic bait-and-switch credit harvesting trap. Avoid this dealership at all costs. Complaints filed with the BBB and Attorney General."

Salesman Freddy was kind and knowledgeable. He was doing all he could to get us in a ride the day we came by the dealership. The sales manager Jeff was rude and unfriendly. He did not want to work with us or help us source a car at another dealership to process the transaction with them in Brunswick. Asked for time to think and basically got the boot. Unsure how they do business with a big bully like Jeff.
