The service staff at Viti Mercedes are excellent! They do a fine job with routine service appointments, and this week they went above and beyond. The power steering failed on our SUV, two days before we are scheduled to drive our child to an out-of-state college. Ray in the service dept got our car on the lift that afternoon for a diagnosis, they had the part the next morning, and returned the repaired car to us on time for our trip. Thank you!

The Viti dealership has serviced my cars for many years - there's never been an issue with personnel or quality of work. Pricey? yes, but it's well worth it to keep my 2015 GLA 45 AMG in perfect running condition.
