The incompetence of this dealership is monumental. Stay away from service and sale is as dishonest as it gets.
Crappy Customer Service!!!! Bought a Chrysler 300 (through someone else) and after a month, the radio started rebooting constantly. Took it into the shop while it was still under warranty at least 5 times for the same issue. There wasn't much they could do except update the software, which didn't help. But since the problem was intermittent, it was impossible to tell if the update did anything until I drove it around for a few days. So, a year later and the warranty has run out, and the problem is worse than ever and now I get to buy a whole new infotainment system. Last time I work with this dealer if I can help it and last time I buy this infotainment system, which means no more Chrysler. This was my second 300, but there won't be a 3rd.
Geneva Taylor is top notch in all areas! From the moment we sat together to order my Jeep, through the very long wait process, to delivery, she was proactive and amazing! I couldn’t have gotten through the process without her and can’t imagine ever working with someone else!
Easy to work with and friendly.I would recommend this dealership.Bred and Steve were helpful with all my concerns in the purchase of a used vehicle.
Service = SUCKS! Twice now I TRUSTED them with my personal property Challenger. They will only see my vehicle, as I pass by. 🤦🏼♂️ After the fact, they attempted to return for compensation. However, the Internet spreads more than word of mouth. They need to upgrade how they treat their customers for service.
If I could give this dealer's service department a zero I would I was ripped off there 3 times till I learned my lesson also at least 5 people I know have ripped off by this service department DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE EVEN UNDER WARRANTY DO NOT!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
