Bad welds, windshield leaks, doors don’t shut properly. 7 months old and 5k miles. 2025 Chevy Express with Reading body All we want is our money back and get out of this nightmare. We were first told they couldn’t help us, then offered us $50k for our $75k truck and we could by another at nearly msrp. Now it’s it needs to be repaired, rewelded, repainted and cannot be given a timeline on when we will get it back. We just want our money back and are even willing to eat the $6k in upgrades we invested after purchase. We have been told refund is not possible bc it’s been 5k miles 🤦♂️ and has been “in service”. Don’t buy commercial trucks here if you’re a contractor looking for dependability and support for your fleet. Buyer beware.
The work on my truck was fast and efficient. Customer service always excels with Ben in the service department
Benjamin was very professional, displaying a courteous attitude. I had an oil change and I tire rotation performed well thank you.
I went into Patriot to sell my mother's SUV because she can not drive anymore. I was approached by Tim who directed me to Brian. The offer I received was very very fair. Patriot was the only place to print out the carfax report and put their offer in writing. I went to 1 used car lot and 2 other dealers for an offer. None of these people gave me an offer in writing, just their business card. The offers were not even close to the offer from Patriot; in my opinion they were not really interested in actually buying the SUV. I felt they wanted to low ball me. When I walked into every business and said I am interested in getting an offer from you. They all asked if I had an idea what I wanted for the SUV. My answer to all nope give me your offer. I did look into selling it to internet company their offer was slightly higher than Patriot, less than $200). I wasn't quite comfortable dealing with them. Patriot made me feel comfortable. Even when I when into sell it to them they made it extremely easy.
They lied about giving me a new battery. When I looked at my battery they had ripped the date off and the battery was a older one.
hey had the truck that I wanted and that is the ONLY reason I went here. If I know what I know now, I would not even go here even if it’s the last version of my truck that is left. They definitely tested my patience. Even drove 1.5 back to the dealer to give them something from my trade in that I DID NOT have to, but did anyways as I wanted to do the right thing. During the document signing after deciding to purchase the truck, I had mentioned to the representative (multiple times) that since it was a purchase, I would like to get the maximum # of years my truck can be registered in Delaware and I wanted to keep my military bronze star plates, which they made sure they did (keeping my old plates and I do appreciate that). However, when I received the new registration, they only registered it for whatever I already paid for in the past. I don’t care if I had to pay extra for the each additonal years, to the maximum I can get it registered(5 years for a brand new vehicle), but of course, they only care about the sale and definitely NOT THE CUSTOMER. On a different note, they also failed to install the INCLUDED tonneau cover for the truck and when I asked for a credit instead, the credit I received was lower than the price of the tonneau cover that came with the truck. They explained that it is how much they paid for the tonneau when they purchased the truck, in which I thought was a bunch of xx. If I want to purchase a tonneau cover for the truck, they wouldn’t sell it to me for that lower price. Nice dealership aesthetically, but please be mindful and clear with everything you want from them, if you do decide to go there and purchase a vehicle from them. When asked though, I pointed people away from this dealership.
