We have been looking for a great car (and great deal) for more than 2 months. We just purchased a 2016 Mercedes from North Shore Auto Mall. It was quick, trouble-free, and we ended up with a super deal. Boris and Kevin listened to us and understood our concerns. We purchased many cars from big and small dealers and honestly this experience was among the best.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I was skeptical even going here in the first place but Kevin emailed me stating he wanted to "proove" to me that North Shore was great so I figured I'd take the 2 hour drive and go. I worked with Alex who was nice and good to work with. I liked 2 cars, and had my own financing. They asked me to put $500 to hold the car until Monday (it was Saturday) until the bank opened again. I asked Alex very specific questions (I've got burned before!) if that money is refundable if I choose not to take a car and he assured me it was, and they wouldnt hold my money if I didnt purchase a car. They were able to make both cars work with additional money down and I decided I didnt want to go that route and asked for a refund. This is when things went South. Alex asked for my orginal receipt in order to get a refund, which I emailed him (and they also had a copy of it in their books!). Next day, still no movement on a refund. When I called Alex back, he said I needed to either go there or mail them the receipt to get a refund. I spoke with Kevin, the general manager, who became very rude, and he said the same thing and that there was no way a refund could be processed without me bringing my receipt and my card down. None of this refund process was told me when I asked questions. This was 515p Tuesday. Wednesday morning i had to take the day off from work (lost money for my husband and I) and drive the 2 hours back down to present them with the "golden ticket" so I could get a refund. Only to find out that they ALREADY REFUNDED ME TUESDAY NIGHT AT 616PM. A courtesy phone call would have been nice as they knew I was 2 hours away. Just beware of this place before buying or putting money down and know exactly what you're getting into. I should have went with my gut when I read all the other negative reviews. Instead I figured I'd give them a chance and they made getting a refund extremely difficult for me just because they could. Its unfortunate places like this gets business treating customers the way they do.

They still have my car almost a full week after purchasing. Boris keeps hanging up on me and Jackie threatened to hold my car for 11 days if I kept calling back and checking on the status. Extremely unprofessional and rude, they should both be fired. I submitted a complaint with the State Attorney General and they said this is not even close to the first one they have received from North Shore Auto Mall.

Sales rep Boris is the most inconsiderate person there. Has no idea what hes talking about, tells you to LIE to the bank. Tells you the car is being serviced for days now, then tells me to go in and pick it up, to find out my car hasnt even been cleaned yet. Its xxxxxxxx the whole experience was awful have been waiting for a week now. I will never recommend this place to anyone, sorry not sorry.

This has to be one of THE WORST mistakes of my life DO NOT PURCHASE from this dealership!!! I was told this was an ok dealership so I went ahead and traded in my awesome car because of it being a coupe decided to purchase an suv. When I licked it up it wasn’t even detailed it smelled! Then the car didn’t pass insepecrikn due to a LONG list of issues. Then returned it for a different vehicle and that also didn’t pass inspection after they “fixed” the problems I paid out of my own pocket because they are so cheap and they are unreliable !!! Do yourself a favor and go to a different dealership on route 1 or Honda next door.
