First purchase with this dealer. Great so far. Salesperson and manager were both very good to work with. Love the car! Traded in a 2020 Escape Hybrid for a 2025. I am sold on Escape Hybrid.
My sales person was Jennifer Odom. She was super sweet and nice and knew her product knowledge! She made sure everything was hooked up and ready to go for me before I left the dealership!
I inquired about an F150 online. Shorty after, sales consultant (Kerri Mast) sent me a personalized video of the truck inside and out. She assisted with setting up an appointment and was ready to assist me upon arrival. Kerri worked with the sales manager to get me in my new truck at an affordable price. I was in and out of the dealership in an hour and 20 minutes, which included a 20 minute test drive. Once we made a deal, Kerri made arrangements to get the vehicle cleaned up and had it delivered directly to my driveway. Hands down the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience I have had.
