There is no way these other reviews are correct. We bought a 2011 Chevy equinox, the condition of this vehicle was not disclosed to the dealership when they took ownership of it. It was problem after problem. We owned it for 2 months. It spent a majority of that time in the shop with them at Van Chevrolet. Derek, the manager was able to get us out of that loan and into a 2025 Chevy trailblazer. The customer service at this dealership is above any we have ever experienced. I do not believe that rating should be able to be made if the customer was simply not able to qualify for the vehicles. Because the customer service at this dealership they go above and beyond.

From viewing to negotiations to finance was Good experience.. gentleman had attitude when we turned down extended warranty and gap insurance. Alot of lack of communication between departments and customer.wasted alot of time waiting and returning to pick up vehicle because of lack of communication

Getting your car serviced is never a pleasurable experience but everyone at this dealership is extremely friendly, and helpful, and seem to go out of their way to be that way. I don't know the name of our service rep but he was excellent.
