Not enough chairs for the amount of people who where there yesterday. My 82 yr old month was having to sit in one of the hard metal chairs while we waited almost 2 hrs. And you definitely need the popcorn machine back. That was always one of my elderly parents favorite thing about going to that dealership.
I appreciate Dylan's patience, great customer service, and friendliness. He was very honest about what cars Toyota had and didn't have. I appreciate the sales manager for not being arrogant, rude and pushy when informing me of the offers and incentives. I appreciate the sales manager for not guilt tripping or playing games with what I could or could not afford.
