Better than expected, I drove from southern Ohio to purchase an airstream. It was a little uncomfortable wiring a large deposit. The day I arrived I mostly dealt with Tom and his son Tommy, and also Ben. All were very nice and easy to deal with and they were very accommodating. I think I met most of their staff and all were very friendly, sorry I can remember all their names. Tom the owner knew I was traveling around 800 miles and prior to me arriving noticed the tires were not in good shape and replaced them all and did not ask me to pay any extra money to complete the transaction. I was also able to get another extra item thrown in for free. They went the extra steps that made this purchase easy and if you’re interested in purchasing anything from this family ran business, rest assured they will take care of you and treat you like family.
