Came to Nissan today to talk to finance department for my girlfriend after hitting a deer resulting in a total loss of her brand new car. Michael Guimaraes and Kevin gibbons helped us get into another car today which was a total surprise. She ended up with the car she actually wanted the first time. They were very nice and helpful.

I hit a deer 2 days ago in my new Nissan I bought from oak ridge Nissan. I returned today to talk to the finance department about my gap insurance not expecting AT ALL to get a new vehicle. I explained to Kevin Gibbons my situation and I went inside to find finance. Then Michael Guimaraes came up and explained I was able to get a new car today. He was very understanding of my situation and extremely helpful. I'm always very pleased with my Nissan experience. I left today with the car I originally wanted.

Previously worked with David. Worked with Dominic today and had the same outstanding experience. Dominic took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and gave his all to make sure we got the best deal! Manager team was amazing too. Very involved with the entire process.
