What Others Say

Probably one of the easiest car deal ever! Sonny was great and was very helpful and experienced! Carlos in finance got us handled in a very timely fashion and was also awesome! Definitely recommend stopping by and letting them sell you a great vehicle.

They were kind when arriving to car lot they asked me what I was interested in and gave me a variety of vehicles to choose from, and it helped me purchase a vehicle within 2 hours and my overall experience is very satisfied with purchase!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They didn’t try to sell me anything just helped me with my concerns. I would recommend them to entire who asks me questions.

Friendly kind customer service listens to the problem in order for it to get resolved!

🚫 Dishonest and Disappointing Experience at Stockton Hyundai My car buying experience here started off positive with Esteban’s great energy and David’s friendly support. Unfortunately, everything changed when I was handed over to Salvador in finance. Sal told me multiple times that “everything is negotiable,” including my trade-in value and dealer discounts. But when it came to finalizing numbers, I was charged $2,000 for StarGuard and told it was “non-negotiable.” When I pushed back, Sal admitted the owner, Joey, wouldn’t remove it because “it wouldn’t make sense for the dealership.” In other words, they offset my agreed-upon trade-in by slipping in hidden costs. On top of that, when I asked for something as simple as complimentary all-weather mats with a $497 price match, I was denied — yet Sal had no hesitation trying to upsell me on extended warranties. As a customer, I felt misled, undervalued, and disrespected. Integrity matters, and Stockton Hyundai failed to deliver it. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Gabby was a delight. She made my appointment on the phone and was my service advisor when I arrived. My Santa Fe hybrid is the 2nd Hyundai I’ve owned, and over the years I honestly learned to rely more on Elk Grove for service. But I had what I hoped was a minor warranty issue, and Gabby was so great on the phone, I took a chance on Stockton. Glad I did. Issue resolved, pleasant experience,
