I was very pleased with my experience purchasing a 2027 Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy from Heritage. My salesperson was Tatyana Redfern, who was excellent, as she efficiently and pleasantly handled her end of the sale. The finance manager, Christian Zinchini, also was excellent, as he did the same. Ben Stark, a Sales Manager, also was extremely nice to deal with early and at the end of the process. No one pushed me to get anything I didn't want, and each was honest about relevant facts. I had done my research ahead of time, concerning the reasonable range of prices for the Santa Fe and my two trade-ins (i.e., True Car and Edmonds), and the offers were within the reasonable range I expected. In terms of time it took, I arrived at 10:30 a.m. and was able to drive away with my new car by 2:30 p.m. Overall, and without exception, the overall experience was quite nice.

This was my first time visiting heritage, and I must say I was so pleasantly pleased with the young man. They gave my husband and myself the most utmost quality care. He really did care and the manager was excellent as well. I would surely send anyone there to be serviced through your company thank you so very, very much.
