Very pleasant experience. Victor made the process painless and Duane took care of the financing end. Got the car I wanted at the price i needed. Paid a little more than I wanted, but the car was clean and I’d pay it again for the customer service I received. The car had a freak issue pop up after leaving the lot. Duane and Victor took the car, sent me on my way in a loaner, and got the car fixed next day. Recommend this dealership for anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My name is Shawn. I called Arlington Motors and talked to a girl named Jennifer this past Friday 2/21/2020 .Jennifer told me that their company was very easy to get approved through. All I needed to bring was proof of income ,proof of residence,and I would be approved for a vehicle. I searched their website, and found a few vehicles. I called back and talked to Jennifer, and she let me talk to her manager. This gentleman proceeded to tell me he had just financed a guy that had $50 down on a vehicle.I had voiced the fact that I was uneasy about driving 2 and a half hours up to Falls Church and not get approved due to poor credit. He assured me that that was no problem. My partner and I get up the next day and I call and talk to Jennifer. I had told her the car I was interested in and she said come on up ! I get to Falls Church VA almost 3 hours later, and firstly , the car that I wanted had been sold on the previous Friday. Next, a salesman came out and greeted me. He told me that the car that I wanted had been sold. Next, we go inside and he tells me that he needs to pull my credit. I had told him that Jennifer and Julio had told me proof of income and residence was all I needed, my credit would not be pulled. He said no that's not how things work here. Well, the credit was pulled and he basically said that my credit was too bad to get the car I wanted unless I put down $5000. I was furious. I asked why were we lied too? He said not to be mad at him, he was trying to help. I said help would have been being honest and not lying about process they have. I could have stayed in my area and not driven 3 hours to get the same ole same ole. Not to mention they have a glass office where the financing takes place.Both men would look up and laugh. The door was shut so I really dont know what was said, but apparently we were very funny.Everything that came out of the peoples mouth were lies. I could have spent my day doing other things instead of driving a total of 6 hours.Please be weary of these people and all their lies. They have dealerships in Woodbridge, VADumfries, VAManassas, VASpringfield, VALorton, VAArlington,VABladensburg, VA Falls Church, VAWashington, DC.Imnot writing a complaint because I didnt get a car, I am complaining because everything they said was a bold face lie.
