I had an excellent experience at Subaru of Gwinnett! My partner and I both came in, due to my mother’s referral (she bought her Subaru Ascent with Gwinnett in 2021), looking for new vehicles. We were uncertain which model would be perfect for us, but Caleb Wiedeman showed us around and let us test drive multiple vehicles. He was patient, friendly, and made the experience informative but comfortable! During negotiation and when we came back in to purchase our new Foresters, Lawrence Le helped us through that entire process. He was amazing!! Friendly, efficient, and helpful through every step. Once we got everything settled on his end, we were visited by Caroline with the Subaru Love Encore team. She made us feel welcomed and gave us great resources for any issues/questions we have going forward! Lastly, I worked with Tim for financing. He was informative and personable, we had a great time working with him as well. Overall it was a great experience and I would certainly recommend friends and family to look into Subaru of Gwinnett when they are on the search for a new vehicle.
