Frankie was very easy to work with. I had been used car shopping for a car for my son and was struggling with all of the different fee structures on top of the list price. Every used car dealer has different fees ranging from $600-$1,700 (NOT including 7% tax). Frankie understood my concerns, my "all-in/off-the-lot" approach to what I would pay, and he came back with a very solid offer. Also, I wanted to put the car in my son's name, but that wasn't possible, so we figured out a way to buy the car in my name and do a title transfer for minimal $$$ when I transfer the car to my son in a few months. Frankie was the easiest sales person I worked with on this most recent car buying journey.

Lawrence was a phenomenal sales representative! He worked alongside Tim tirelessly for 3 days to come up with a deal that we would accept. We had walked away twice with no hard feelings. Both the second and third time Lawrence reached out, he made sure to make it known that he was in no way trying to pressure us- you could tell he was genuine in that statement! He had nothing but good intentions. We will return for any future purchases and ONLY deal with Lawrence.
