People often use the phrase “above and beyond” loosely, but Mohammad truly earned it. As an out-of-state buyer, I had a number of specific questions, concerns, and expectations, and he spent a great deal of time making sure that all of my needs were addressed and that I was left with no unanswered questions. He was diligent, responsive, and fully committed to making sure I was comfortable with every part of the transaction. He also made sure that my car was detailed before it was shipped to me.
