Yacento was wonderful from start to finish and even afterwards. He answered all our questions, which there were many, since we were out of state buyers. He was patient, very knowledgeable and professional. The entire transaction was seamless and we are truly grateful. Samaj, was pleasant during my entire service experience. Checked in my vehicle and pointed me in the during of the customer waiting area, He explained the time period and upon completion came and got me to explain the tech's recommendations. He also discussed as the service warranty would be ending soon, possibly trading in my vehicle for something currently they have in inventory.
Hunter made my first car buying experience memorable and worth it! He is so friendly and at the end of the day, I felt like I was leaving the dealership with a new friend. If you like no pressure in car buying, then this is your place. Yucento was fabulous and very knowledgeable. 10/10. The only down side I can think of, is they didn't have my brand new car detailed throughly (someone had been driving it). There was sticky stuff in the cupholder and a sandwich wrapper in the console compartment. They did take it back into the shop and have someone remove the sticky substance, but it was not gone thru and thoroughly cleaned.
