Regular customer . Have had service done for many years and have purchased three vehicles over the years .
I was treated with kindness and proffessionalism, I will share my awesome experience with people I know.
I spoke directly with Edwin about his outstanding service. I also tried to talk to Edwin's Service Manager, Gerald Acevedo to further praise Edwin. However Gerald was busy with an important call. My plan is to mail 2 separate letters to personally commend them both.
Cody was very professional and courteous. He communicated well and kept me informed about my service. It took a little longer than I was expecting but there was a significant amount of work that needed to be done. Thankfully I had a good service plan that included a rental car to cover the time my truck was in the shop. Will be coming to Parks Ford for all my service needs in the future.
Have always been treated very well and with respect. I have bought 3 cars from ya'll and never had any problems.
