What a bunch of crooks! This was the most dishonest dealership I have ever done business with. Tried to add $6000 with of dealer add ons. At the end of the day I saw there lies and misinformation and got the price I wanted. Never do business with Platinum Ford North in Pilot Point. Stay away from this dealership.

AJ tech are EXCELLENT. best customer service from both . service are was closing. my car barely made it to the Stanley Parking area .. ✔️ Ron service manager was knowledgeable, customer service tops, caring ..went out of his way to make sure i had a way home , gave me towing telephone numbers, the best ✔️ A.J. - tech .. this young man outstandingly full of knowledge. caring , smart, forward thinking ..brought me home .. Great experience with josh the salesman! Worst experience I’ve ever had on finance part! Casey was very disrespectful to josh while he asked a simple question. And when it didn’t go his way with financing part he had a bad attitude from there on. If ya are looking for a car or truck Id think about it real hard if ya think you are going to not finance through them and have to deal with that guys attitude. Real piece of work. Smile dude. People like you are why a whole company gets bad reviews!
HANDS DOWN THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER!!!! Had a simple back Up camera issue and I have been there 5 times now and still broken!!!!! LITERALLY went in for my scheduled appointment today and they said the guy that can fix it is out sick. WHAT!? I get it. People get sick. I’m not upset about that. I’m Upset you let me drive all the way down here with my 3 year old to tell me that. Avoid this service department like the plague.
Truck was purchased less than two weeks ago, and when purchased it was raining and dark as I got in the truck to leave. Now after inspecting my tires the rear tires treads doesn’t even meet the truck key half way treads so smooth. The front 2 tires tread on top are good but but side walls have cracks and weather splits. I called and the the GM offered to give one tire only, and insisted that I wanted something for free. My response was I’m a stand up guy that’s why I didn’t remove the new set of tires on my trade in . 🚨 The salesman did better than the Gm by offering 4 tires instead of only 1, but I declined because they’re smaller tires than comes on the truck and I have to be safe because the truck is to heavy.
I bought a pre-owned Edge from Stanley Ford and it was a great experience all around. Wendi Little was wonderful to work with and she was friendly, knowledgeable and followed up on all my questions. I had a minor mechanical issue the day after buying the Edge and it was handled immediately. I would definitely buy another car from them again!
