What Others Say

a bad day, when all I wanted was an oil change. Bought a car there that was basically new, had numerous electronic issues. One was sound would randomly disappear. Three times they looked at it and tried different things (under warranty of course) ...then the 4th they believe they found issue and then said it would be $200 (they waited until the warranty expired). The tech told me the fee would be waived I'd just pay insurance deductible after part was put in. He went ahead and ordered it (the whole thing felt wrong). Over 2.5 months later part arrived. I never took car in to have this 'supposed part installed as they couldn't guarantee it would fix issue (and its already outside warranty). Recently dropped car off for OIL CHANGE, and 30 minutes later got a call telling me they would not do OIL CHANGE unless I paid $175 for part I never got ... I told him if they were going to charge $175 then don't bother with OIL CHANGE. I felt they were ripping me off for work I never had done, and they waited until after warranty to charge me. I went in to pick up my car and was told I owed the $175. I felt harassed and threatened as they were holding my keys. OIL CHANGE was never done. Tech told me they would charge the $175 and then I'd pay the additional $25 to have part installed when it got there. I struggle with a TBI and comprehension issues from military service. So I agreed. After they charge me, another tech then says oh by the way there may be a restock fee as part had to be returned (ON THEIR PHONE CALLS THEY ALWAYS SAID THEY HAD THE PART THERE)... so he makes some bogus call and makes it sound like he's talking this person into a restocking fee. As I walk out the door he says that fee will be $600 ....

Recently, the engine went out on my 6 year old vehicle. From the time it arrived on their lot until it was returned to me - replaced, clean and ready for use, I was treated with kindness and respect. Through no fault of theirs, the repairs took 6 weeks from start to finish. Meanwhile, Omar, the service manager assigned to my case, kept me informed regularly regarding parts and services and saw to it that I had a loaner. I am so grateful for the way I was treated and the successful engine replacement, that they have made a customer for life. Thank you, Power Chev!!

Bought a truck and in the deal the tailgate lodge didn’t work so they were going to fix it and I had them change the oil and then get a quote for $900 for front brakes and only have the truck for a month and then two weeks later Spark plugs were bad and I’m getting a leak inside the cab water they said they would help me get out of it and offered me $3000 less than I paid for it and had it for two months and it was in the shop three times

I Bought a Jeep from Brendan, 2 days later check engine light came on. I check the code it was the thermostat code. I reset the code and two days later the code was back on. The Jeep was in their shop prior to buying it. They said, when everything gets check out they would let me know when I can take it for a test drive. The Jeep was at power for mouths before I looked at it. So when I took it for a test drive no check engine light was on. So I believe they reset the code so I would buy the Jeep. Took it in to get fix and they quoted me 495 to repair the Jeep. They said it would take 3 days to get parts and fix it. One week goes by no call from power. I then called them to find out what was going on, they said still waiting on parts. One more week went bye no call, I had to call them they said they didn't know states of the Jeep and will call me back. Two days later no call from power so I called them. When I called power they said the parts are there and would have it fix the next day. The next day no call from power, I called them again and they said it would be one more day. Went to power the next day to pick up the jeep. They charge me 664 for two thermostat and said everything is now fixed. Two days after bring the Jeep home the check engine light came on again. The code comes back as thermostat. The problem is still there after two days of bring it home. I had to replace all the rotors brakes shocks ball joints after I bought the Jeep. I have now 3,322 in repairs and it is still pilling up. Never bye any used car from power ever. If you use there service department it will be your biggest mistake of your life. This company does not care about their customers and will only lie and take advantage of you every way they can. The sales team only want to make a sale and not making things right for you after they get your money. The worst customer service and sales men I have ever had in my life. So if you want to take your chance with power good luck.

Car went to the shop 5 times still not fixed they replaced parts that didn't need replaced
