While they are not pushy in regards to service, I was a little disappointed they didn't actually call me to discuss their recommendations like they used to. Everything was sent via text. Also, they charged a 3% surcharge because I paid my $2000 bill by credit card. I was not made aware of the surcharge prior to payment nor at the actual time of payment. A company as large as Ziegler should be able to absorb credit card fees.
No issues it was fast and I was able to relax at the dealership while I waited
