Victor Mora is a wonderful Service Advisor. I make it a point to see him every time I schedule an appointment.
Very professional and it didn't feel like she was pushing me to purchase more services than I came for she encouraged that but was very respectful for my decision.
Took car in for 70K scheduled maintenance which was completed. Recommended rear breaks repair which was done. Completed in timeframe they estimated.
