The sales process was good, but the pricing was convoluted. They wanted to bundle several add ons that we refused. We had to do 3 to 4 iterations until they got it acceptable.
i brought my Santa Cruz in for oil change and a few other things the service mgr was very helpful and i learn something every time. i think Zeigler is one of the best in Racine also noticed a water contamination in brake fluid and did a change. only problem i have is the new cars have these paddle shifters not used to them i guess, one hand slip and new transmission. but i still love the Hyundai cars.
