I am very happy with the service I received. Lauren was a delight to work with. This was my first visit to the service department since I purchased the vehicle. Lauren was very gracious and explained the procedure and what I should expect. My expectations were not only met, but we’re exceeded.

Service Department worked diligently to resolve a recurring problem. I was kept informed of progress and was given a loaner vehicle to use while mine was being serviced. Overall, a very good experience.
We’ve now bought 2 vehicles from Ziegler Subaru and have been extremely happy with both experiences. The dealership facility is comfortable and has amenities that make waiting for service appointments pleasant too.
