Not very pleased with the bad smell in my car and the sunroof that leaks. I don't know if you were just being dishonest or didn't know. Was told the car was detailed but it indeed was not pay top dollar for a 2012. I think I should have gotten a little better product. People were very kind there but you know people do that when they want you to buy something. Not very pleased

Israel was a great sales rep and got the job done easy and fast. Finance however was not very helpful and made a lot of mistakes that kept me coming back up to the dealership multiple times when I shouldn't have.

I had a good experience at Stonecrest Toyota. My salesman was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout. The only thing you wait a long time getting back to the finance office to sign the paperwork (Way too long)

Most horrible experience at this dealership they told me we would give you a discount to save money and switch to another car made me give them a deposit of $30000.00 dollars and I didn't get the car o wanted the 1 they showed to me I had to get a refund and go to stonecrest toyota and get the car because they were to lazy to go get the car the Manger said to me he didn't see any difference between the two car I was buying 2026 toyota tundra 1974 edition and he swap it for SR5 trundra 2 difference model and size I am 5ft 10inchs with a prosthetic leg so I wanted the bigger truck for the space and leg room most horrible service at this dealership
