Coming in from New Jersey it was extremely challenging to buy a car in Massachusetts due to very restrictive motor vehicle regulations. As a 46 year veteran in the retail automobile business purchasing a car for personal use, this was a difficult transaction for me. Through it all, the shining star was my sales person Dynae Danakos. She not only kept me from bailing out, but has been nothing less than a dedicated super star who relentlessly worked to make me happy. She is a great asset to Mercedes of Sudbury. In the end, they delivered the car to my home in NJ and we love our new car!
