Great waiting room, comfortable and clean. Sean in the service area very informative! Great experience!

Courtesies fast and easy to use They get you in and out and salespeople are always pleasant

Went there for my 3rd service. They would not except the maintenace plan by Fidelity warranty that they accepted in the 2 services prior. could not get any recalls work done. Service dept. does not care about customer service if they have to do anything more than the bare minimum.

Service department is second to none every person from Craig down is amazing they treat you like family so pleasant and caring

Extremely Disappointing Warranty Service Experience I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the service department at Boniface Hiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Cocoa. I brought my 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 4xe to the dealership because the rear axle warning indicator was repeatedly coming on, including flashing on the dashboard. This is a warranty issue that I expected a Jeep dealership to properly diagnose and address. Boniface Hiers kept my vehicle for six days, yet they were unable to diagnose or repair the problem. During my visit, the service manager refused to look at the flashing warning indicator because it was near closing time and a technician was not available. I was told that someone from corporate would drive the vehicle to help diagnose the problem, but that commitment was apparently never documented on the service order. I also never received the promised follow-up call informing me that my vehicle was ready. After six days without a diagnosis or repair, I ultimately went to the dealership myself to pick up my Jeep. The most concerning part is that the rear axle warning came back on within approximately one mile of leaving the dealership. Despite this, the dealership did not resolve the problem, and no loaner vehicle or meaningful accommodation was offered during the six days they had my vehicle. I have since notified Stellantis and opened a case regarding this issue. Because of the way this matter was handled, I no longer have confidence in Boniface Hiers' ability or willingness to properly diagnose and repair my Jeep under warranty, and I intend to have the vehicle evaluated by another Jeep dealership. I understand that dealerships can encounter difficult diagnostic issues. What is unacceptable to me is the lack of communication, the failure to properly investigate a clearly displayed warning, keeping a vehicle for six days without resolving the problem, and then returning the vehicle with the same warning appearing almost immediately. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this dealership for warranty or diagnostic work to carefully document everything and consider getting a second opinion if the service department tells you they cannot diagnose a problem that is visibly occurring on the vehicle.
