If I could rate this dealership lower I would. I placed a deposit of $500 on a vehicle after being assured that I could cancel with no issues. I cancelled the purchase 48 hours later via email with the sales person Justin M. I sent this sales person 2 emails with no responses, I emailed the General Sales Manager Erick F. no response, I emailed the General Manager Greg B. No response. I finally had to stop payment on the credit card charge. This is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL operation and I would never ever consider doing business with them Honda should be ashamed to have these buffoons represent them.
Never been here, absolutely positive. Ashley was straight forward perfect. Ron in finance was awesome as well. Methodically went through the paperwork A to Z explaining details. We got stuck on the warranty I wouldn't budge. Stretching our budget out alot ackually, we did finally get to an agreement. Never been to Della, great place to buy from. Felt relaxed and not pressured. Once I feel the hammer at other dealerships we have gotten up and walked out.
Recently purchase a Certified Used CRV from this dealership. Damian Tucker was the salesperson and made us feel comfortable and answered every question we asked. He was thorough and went through all the systems of the car. Positive car buying experience and made us feel welcome.
What an experience... I live in New Jersey and well too far away to frequent this dealership, and that's a xxxx shame because it's head and shoulders better than any dealer I have in my area. A week ago Sunday, my family was on its way to Lake Placid when it encountered a transmission issue outside of Lake George. We have the car towed to D'ella Honda so they can take a look at it. Jody called me first thing Monday morning to check in and let us know that she was going to have the car have looked at. It ended up being a very serious and costly issue (transmission replacement). Her willingness to work with us to come up with a solution that worked for us was a huge deal for us and well above what I expected from a dealer. Even better, she work came in below the cost estimate by several hundred dollars (after saving us several thousand dollars through a more cost-effective but reliable option) and the turnaround time was fast. She knew our family was up in the Lake George area and knew they had to head back so in addition to coming in well ahead of expectations, she was able to get us a loaner car so we could get to/from the area, saving us an additional several hundred dollars. Consider the fact that we were 200 miles from home with serious car trouble and in a position where a dealer could have seriously jammed us up. Not only did we receive the opposite, we received top level service, great communication and someone that over-delivered more than I could have expected. Jody, thank you so much for the service. Even if I wish we could have done business under different circumstances, you took a way a lot of the stress and aggravation. Thank you for that.
I have bought a few cars from them and was always happy. Was all ready to buy a 2023 civic today but was played. Most likely will never buy there again.
