What Others Say

Bought a new 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie back in late June this year. Sales department is great however service department has no body to answer phone calls to make an appointment for a oil change. I tried over a half hour and no body took my call. I kept getting a answering machine. I called another local Ram dealership and had a person on the phone in 38 seconds. I have dealing with this dealership for years however I think I will take my business elsewhere that not only sells you a vehicle but will also services your vehicle.

I bought my Charger SRT8 there a few years back and the dealer worked with me to find a compatible price. I appreciated that. Recently, I got a recall for the airbags so I scheduled the service. I was due inspection so, I asked them to perform the inspection as well as, check the front wheels for balancing due to a very slight vibration around 70mph. They called and said it was done so I picked up the car and drove it home, never over 50mph. I noticed that there was no paperwork for the recall on airbags and asked them about it. They said they have to order them and I would have to bring it back. Ok?? That's the reason I scheduled the appt. Then I use the car for a weekend drive and got on the highway and approaching 60 mph, the car was uncontrollable. The steering wheel vibration was unbelievable!. I again called and questioned what they did to the wheel balance. They said they would check it when I went back for the recall which was supposed to be done the 1 st time. So after $114. charge to totally make my car undrivable, they tell me that my 1k wheels and 1k tires are junk. Not hub centric. The rims and tires were purchased specifically for the car and were a perfect fit for the hubs as ordered. I had pulled a weight off one of the wheels hoping to at least lessen the horrible wheel wobble and told them about it. The tires were never rebalanced and I was charged another $148. I have been a die hard Mopar enthusiast for over 40 years and own 7 other cars. I trusted taking my car to them thinking they would fix a minute issue but got shafted. The wheels and tires were replaced about 7 months back and no issues until recently, and my issue was a small one at best but now basically undrivable on the highway. I will be getting another mechanic that I can trust to fix the issue but I am very mechanically inclined and I am sure someone isn't being honest and I sure as xxxx am not paying a 3rd time. At least to them. This service dept needs someone that knows what they are doing. Not assuming. Such a shame!

Please please please read this. .My husband took his 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara in for service he wanted oil change and inspection. When he went to pick up the jeep they rotated tires which he did not indicate on the envelope and tried to charge him. When he refused to pay for something he did not want done The service girl Janelle told him he could wait a couple hours and they would take his Jeep back in and unrotate them. She was very rude and unconcerned about the service that was done that was not wanted. When we brought the jeep home we noticed that the hood of the jeep had a dent pushed from the inside up through. When we open the hood there was a bungee cord attached to the firewall which pushed through the hood of his jeep. We called Hondru and spoke to the service manager after he spoke to the service tech that worked on our car we were told that the bungee cord was used to keep wires away from the engine while it was being worked on and he forgot to take the bungee cord out. The service manager did agree to have the hood painted at their expense but it cost us time and gas because we had to run the jeep to their collision department which was in Manheim PA. They gave us a loaner a jeep renegade we parked it inside our garage. As we were sitting in the house we heard a horn beep twice and a car start inside our garage. The loaner started by itself and all the doors were locked we were unable to open the car to turn off the motor. After many attempts calling Hondru for help getting the loaner turned off we finally got in touch with a service tech named Russell. He said that is very strange he’s going to check into what we can do to get the car open and turned off and he would call us back. Russell did call us back and said you will not believe this but Hondru sold a renegade that morning and used the loaners Vin number for the sale. Apparently the woman who bought the renegade that morning was on her phone starting what she thought was her car but it was the loaner that was sitting in our garage . We never got a call from anybody of any importance from this dealership to apologize for all the problems we went through. And we will never ever buy a vehicle from them again. We are writing this review hoping that anyone that chooses to buy a vehicle from this dealership has second thoughts.

I was a 3rd time buyer, but no more. The sales rep, Tyler, did not follow up with fixes to be made after sale. The deal was for him to set up to touch up a crease that I found during the inspection, and also remove part of the front spoiler. I messaged 3 times without any responses. Emailed general manager but did not hear back. Untrustworthy. The service side might be just as bad. Since the truck was only a week in my ownership, I called to have them check out a vibration that I felt in the steering wheel. After explaining the issue and setting up the appointment, the service rep said that it sounded like an electrical problem and will have to look into that. Electrical for a vibration in the steering wheel?? There was no way that I was bringing it in if they thought it was an electrical issue. I decided to go to another dealership where they addressed the issue. Definitely not electrical. All that I wanted was a little bit of compensation for this dealership not fulfilling their agreement.

I tried to give this dealership a try. I Tried to get pricing on a particular truck. After they told me the Doc. Fee was 380. I explained that was to high and other dealers I was working with were willing to waive that fee or take it off the price of the vehicle. Tyler (the salesman) kept trying to argue with me about it. I told him the 380 was going to break the deal. I explained that to him 3 different times in 3 different ways. I gave this dealership an opportunity to earn my business but they have lost it over that little amount...

Sold me a warranty for 60,000 miles. My diesel had 100,000 mile warranty. Tried to get money back. Sent it to financial co. I already refinance it through someone else. Interest rate twice as high from my bank. They screwed me out of thousands. My fault. I trusted them. Never again. This was my 4th vehicle I bought there.
