My wife and I recently purchased a Porsche 911. Ray and the staff welcomed us into the dealership, answered questions, they were honest and fair. We found a few issues that were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction, in a timely manner and professionally. When we picked up the car, it was clean, shiny, serviced and ready for pickup. I cannot say enough good things about Choice Auto Center. Rich was incredibly sweet, attentive, accommodating, down to earth, up front, honest, easy to work with, and humble! And Ray, the charismatic and magnanimous owner, is a beautiful force to be reckoned with. Beneath the forward veneer of charm and salesmanship is a true and honest soul, working the family business he built up from the ground UP. My needs for a car were very unusual and they were able to accommodate me in spades! And that includes the other employees there, seamlessly handing all the paperwork involved in transferring to a new car (used in my case), and his SON, double checking the work with plenty of charm like his dad, and *Ali* doing odd jobs with thoughtfulness and care. It sounds like a sales line when he says he wants you to be part of his family, but by the end of the whole negotiation I really feel I have new friends -and good contacts for a car- for life! Finally got around to writing a review (almost 2 years late)I purchased an 89 Pontiac GTA from Choice auto and from the minute my mechanic and I sat down with Ray we both felt very comfortable. Maybe it’s because he was honest about the vehicle from the beginning or maybe it was because we share the same old school values. Needless to say, Ray was a gentleman and pleasure to deal with. I will definitely give them first shot at any car purchases in the future. Chris D

First off, I live in California. I was buying a car for my son. We started at Cars.com, and then I went to the dealer's website. We really liked the car we saw online and I called the dealer. I talked with a person named Cheyanne (probably not spelled correctly), and we talked about an "out the door" price, which he gave me. I then decided to have my son take an Uber out to the dealer to look at the car. He is a NEU student and needs a car. The Uber was a $65 trip, so we wanted to get the deal done! When I called back, Cheyanne was busy and I spoke with Antonio who told me there was no way the car could be taken off the lot today since I was from out of state, had to sign papers, send a certified check, and get the car checked thorough. I asked some questions that he could not answer and was given to Ray, who happens to be the owner. Ray assured me that he would do everything in his power to make the deal happen, but he would not guarantee it, having worked the business for many, many years. We took a chance anyways. When my son arrived, he was treated very well and Ray took charge. This surprised me. The owner taking charge of a student purchase with a Dad in California??? Well, long story short, the deal was done and my son drove the car to Boston happily. Ray and his son (Cheyanne) even got our son insurance at a better rate than I could dealing with all those cheap online companies that you see commercials for. I could not be more impressed! The money transfer from my bank was a little slow and they even let my son take the car so he could get home before he was able to confirm the money arrived, after showing some correspondence from our bank, which indicated the money was enroute. I don't think any other dealer would let the car go without money in their pocket...especially when the money is coming from California from a person he did not know or even see! Ray is the man and he will always be my first choice to buy a car! My daughter is also going to attend school in Boston this fall. THANK YOU Ray for making this happen. It is not like we are rich or were buying an expensive car...just a first car for my son and you destroyed any stereotype of a "used car" dealer! You were "first rate" in my book and that is saying a lot, having served in law enforcement for 35 years!

Buying a car is a huge investment, so feeling like you got a good/fair deal is important to me. Ray and Shayan were very honest and they have a great staff. I purchased my 2018 Audi S4 from them, paid under carfax value, and Ray split the cost of 4 new tires for me (the tires passed inspection but would need to be changed before the next inspection). I shopped around for weeks and felt that I was offered a fair price for my trade in, and that the asking price for the S4 was fair. Ray even offered to service the car when I brought it in for tires, but I passed on the offer since the S4 was serviced only 300 miles ago. Great experience overall, I never felt pressured, there were no hidden fees, I love my new car and will go to choice first when shopping for my next car. There’s a lot of unfair reviews here, mostly from people who didn’t even buy a car, or can’t drive well enough to navigate their small lot. Lots of people with unrealistic expectations when buying used luxury cars, ignore them and go see them for yourself. They even offered me and my wife a slice of pizza!

I purchased a car for myself a year ago with Prime and took my daughter to purchase a car just a couple of weeks ago. Outstanding experience both times! Ray and his team are up-front with information about the car(s) you are interested in purchasing and provide phenomenal service from beginning to end, including financing if you need it. I highly suggest shopping for your next car at Prime Motor Group if you want to have a positive car buying experience for once.
