I'm incredibly disappointed that Mike Hughes and the leadership at Audi South Burlington have left me with an unfixable defect on a brand new $70k Audi Q6 e-tron. After three service visits, an official written refusal to repair the heat pump, and a "we'll look into it" two months ago the heat pump is still buzzing. I've been forced to file for state arbitration because of total lack of support. I expected better from Vermont's hometown Audi dealer.

I recently purchased a 2023 loaner car from Josh Machado. Josh made it a pleasant experience. There was no pressure. Josh understood what I was looking for in a new car. He showed us several cars and presented additional options to what was in his inventory. As it turned out, My wife and I selected a 2023 Q5 that was a loaner car for sale. It met our criteria and was priced attractively. The transaction went quickly and fluently. There was a problem with a warning light showing on the dashboard the day we went to pick up the car, presenting a delay in our taking possession. The dealership provided an excellent solution to the problem and delivered the car to our home after the issue was resolved. Problems can occur, but when an excellent solution is provided ,you know you are dealing with the right people. Thank you Josh and your sales manager Mike Hughes.

I have both of my Audi’s serviced here. I worked with Lindsey most recently and she was excellent at getting me information about my service, as well as helping me get help in another area regarding my vehicle. My service technician provided a very informative video of my car and necessary repairs and items for upkeep that were performed. I am always happy with service provided here.

I purchased two Audis from this dealership. Anthony was great to work with for both. First purchase was over the internet (2019) and the second (2022) in person. Anthony was responsive and professional without being pushy. He was extremely helpful post sale to address questions and assist with any needs. I highly recommended connecting with Anthony if interested in an Audi. My interactions with him and the service department have exceeded expectations!

For Q-5 recall, Lindsey was responsive and the appointment was scheduled and work was done efficiently. I have found the service department to be very helpful over the years.
