Arrived unannounced with an urgent, time sensitive issue with my car - Kim Ganzales and a master tech jumped on it and had me out the door quicker than expected and cheaper than expected - she was awesome to deal with - very friendly and caring considering my situation - 2 thumbs up!

James Skolaski was our salesperson and he was amazing. We intended to go look at a car we saw online. After driving it, we decided maybe we SHOULD buy a new car however we weren't exactly sold on the one we went to go see. He gave us so much time to talk privately and answered all our questions honestly. Ultimately, a different car caught our eye and we were fully invested in the new car. He never rushed us or pressured us. His years of experience in this field shows. No one likes a car salesperson who is pushy! James is far from that. Would definitely recommend him to others.

I bought a 2024 Honda HR-V EX last January, through a salesperson named Cliff Roberts. He ended up being a perfect salesperson for me. I purchased my vehicle in less than 4 hours. The paperwork was the easiest of any of the 12 new cars I've bought. My Honda handles fantastic on the road and is a blast to drive, though in a perfect world it would have a little more zip 0-70mph. Merging is still straight forward and smooth though. The body work on the car is also excellent work. Being an ex-auto-body technician I can attest to that. The interior is outstanding and excels in almost every area. In fact I can't think of a con in the interior.

Great dealership to work with. I Bought a 24 Elantra N. The whole process took about an hour and a half.

NEVER AGAIN. 7 days after purchase. I have driven the car twice. It is 5 miles to work. I had 4 days off after purchase. It is 7 days later and burning rubber smell. TERRIBLE. Worked with Jeff Cox. Sold me a used CRV. ONE WEEK later smells like burning rubber. Not only was the entire experience horrible, Jeff was very pushy and rude. for me to buy the car. " Someone else will buy this car, its great, you will not find better quality." -WRONG Probably why he is retiring. I will NEVER BE BACK , after buyin 4 cars from Zimbrick. I will certianly update this review if JEff and his so called used car manager decide to make this right. VERY IRRITATED. YEs I bought an as is car. However, I was assured that " we have the best quality and we look over our cars you are not going to get this quality any where else". well guess what FALSE. WHAT a turd show

Jim Skolaski was very helpful and wasn't pressured. He was very helpful before the sale and was also very helpful after the sale. He took the time to call and follow up after wards to see if we had any questions. I would highly recommend him to any one looking to purchase a vehicle.
