Am not happy cause they did not put my cap back on my tire so I will be going back up there
Overall good, I just need tech to make sure they type in thw correct weight in the paper, if it was them to type it on the paper. Says a different weight, but tech confirm they put correct oil weight. Just to deal with that stress isn't a good thing.
Best Nissan Service Center and Najee is the best in the game to get you in and out and car done right the first time!

Julian Alvarado was a great representative that handled all of my requests professionally and answered my questions promptly. I enjoyed him very much! I also interacted with Rolando over the phone. He gave me such excellent customer service and I am very appreciative of him and the entire Baker Nissan team. Everyone was helpful, polite and the visitor's area was nicely stocked with coffee and goodies to snack on while we waited. There was also a small kids area for the kiddos to sit and play. I would highly recommend visiting this location on the Northwest Fwy (290)!
