Took my Chrysler 300 in for an oil change and they forgot to put a bolt on resulting in the undercare shield hanging down and making an awful noise, possibly breaking it. We had no problems before our oil change. When I returned it and they replaced the bolt, they made me feel I was the one who did the damage. If the bolt was put back on in the first place, I would not have had to make the extra trip. I will go else where next oil change.
Don't have a choice besides this place. They don't do the best job but they may fix it after 3 attempts. You practically have to order a vehicle if you want one. They do not have hardly no inventory.
