Autohaus BMW discovered the source of a leak from my x1. The technician’s video allowed me to see exactly what the problem was and the washer pump was in stock. The multi-point inspection provides reassurance that all systems are go. They lent me a new x3 and washed my car. Great business with wonderful people. What more could you ask? Trey was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process of ordering my special rims for my vehicle from Germany and when the warehouse in Germany sent the wrong rims Trey was on top of the situation and immediately sent them back and reordered the correct ones. He extended my loaner car agreement to accommodate the mistake that was made immediately.

Needed brake pads replaced. Bid was below non-dealer quotes. We arrived early, and were taken right away. Job was completed in just over one hour, and final price was as quoted. Service Advisor tried to upsell to include rotors without checking wear, but agreed to have technician decide.
