I have gone through 4 or 5 batteries that I have paid for. I finally complained to Suburu of America and they found it was not the batteries, but what they connect to. There should of been a massive recall. Cityside told me I was out of luck bc I bought batteries from someone other than the dealership. Not helpful. They once replaced my CD player with a used part. They updated the software and it worked for 3 days but is now working only 90 percent of the time. haven't called them back yet. Friends have had great luck with them. Found everyone pleasant but will need to go back to Suburu of America.

Ai Cityside Subaru the salesman was professional, courtious and did not pressure me. I got exactly the car buying experience I wanted. It was great. Walked out with the car I wanted, at the price I could spent, with no pressure or hassle.

The staff are friendly and very professional, There is no high pressure. The experience was an education for me. I've been to other Sudatu dealerships and Cityside is outstanding. This is my first Subaru and my first new car. I have always bought used cars.
